Introduction

At present we are somewhere on the planet… We visit many countries, meet many different people and learn a little about their culture and way of life.

Often places we visit are accessible only by boat. But our travels have also taken us far inland, to visit places only accessible on foot.

We may be sharing a quiet anchorage with fishermen in Malaysia or navigating a river with local sailing Dhows in Africa. Perhaps, entertaining children from a local school or racing with the classics at some international regatta.

This web site exists so we can share these adventures with the many people we meet along the way, and of course our friends and family back home. You will find out a bit about us, where we have been, and where we are now. You can also learn a little of how we built
LONG WHITE CLOUD, and turned our dream into reality, and what its actually like to live a nomadic life on the ocean.
